Donations, support PeaZip development

PeaZip started in 2006 as a spare-time project for a cross-platform, Open Source frontend for various command line compression and file management technologies.
The project employs various third parts technologies, and I'll be glad if you consider about donation to respective Authors: 7-Zip / p7zip, PAQ, FreeArc, and others are all great Open Source projects and deserves all possible support to keep up with development of their excellent programs.
But in first and foremost place a big thank you goes to Lazarus/FreePascal team, providing the cross-platform IDE that makes programming PeaZip possible, easy to test and maintain, and makes possible to port it to many different hardware and software platforms.

If you appreciate PeaZip, and you wish to help the project to grow improving the software and all relative aspects (i.e. fast and reliable domain hosting for the project, machines for testing and porting the application on newer platforms, even if they have a small market share and may not generate enough return to keep the platform-specific development active by themselves,...), you can contribute to the software development donating through PayPal:

Another way to contribute to the project is through new subscription-based Google Contributor initiative, learm more from Google documentation:

Appeal for donation to charitable organizations

Over the time, PeaZip project gained some focus, and it gave to me the opportunity to turn the project's perceived value into something even more positive: I'll be very glad if you consider to donate to charitable organizations which need and deserve your help far more than myself.

Donations to following organizations are completely unrelated to donations to PeaZip project, and each link brings directly to the donation pages of official web domains of listed organizations.

NOTE: in many countries charity donations to non-profit organizations can be deducted from taxable income.

PeaZip is Free Software and uses third party technologies also released as Free Software: nothing of this would probably exist without those third parts technologies, and development and testing tools, in a word without the ongoing efforts of those organizations to support the Free Software movement as a way to protect user's and developer's rights to freely share works, experiences and ideas.

Please note that list doesn't aim to be exhaustive, nor to give a sort of "ranking" of merit between various charity organizations and causes.
If you had visited that page to give an economic contribution to PeaZip project, feel free to donate that amount to any other organization or cause you believe in, listed or not on this page.

Thank you very much!
